1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are in unused, unopened, and resalable condition. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original packaging, with seals and tags intact (if applicable).
- The product must be purchased directly from RingBina via our website (ringbina.com).
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Used or opened cosmetics and skincare products (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Sale or discounted items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@ringbina.com or call (586) 759-2176 to request a return authorization (RA). Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
- Ship the Return: Return the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been received and inspected.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Partial Refunds: If an item is returned used, damaged, or in a condition other than its original state, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return altogether.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges for items. Return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement item or processing a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
- How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item: When reporting a damaged or defective item, please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with your order number and a description of the issue. This will help us resolve the matter promptly.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay in processing.

7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: In most cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in processing the order.

8. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that may apply. Please note that return processing may take longer for international returns.
