RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – RINGBINA

EFFECTIVE DATE: MARCH 6, 2025

At RINGBINA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from RINGBINA. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this policy.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

✔ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return or exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
✔ The product must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags, seals, and packaging intact.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

✖ Used or opened skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products due to hygiene and safety regulations.
✖ Products that have been tampered with, damaged, or altered.
✖ Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
✖ Gift cards and promotional items.

🚨 Important: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please refer to Section 7 for resolution steps.


2. RETURN PROCESS

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@ringbina.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return shipping instructions.
Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RAN inside the package.
Step 4: Ship the return to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RINGBINA is not responsible for lost return packages.
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

🚨 Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by RINGBINA.


3. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request an exchange:

Step 1: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order at info@ringbina.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Step 2: After approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Step 3: Once the return is received and verified, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

🚨 Important: Exchanges are only processed for the same item or a product of equal or lesser value if the original item is out of stock.


4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and hygiene reasons, including:

Opened skincare, makeup, and personal care products.
✖ Products with broken seals or missing original packaging.
✖ Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on our website.
Gift cards and promotional items.

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

✔ Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
✔ Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

✔ We process orders quickly, so cancellation or modification requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
✔ Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

🚨 Important: If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process after receiving your package.


7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or your package is missing products, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with:

✔ Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
✔ A description of the issue

We will investigate and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

🚨 Important: Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

✔ For international orders, return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
✔ Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a RINGBINA error.

🚨 Important: If customs fees are not paid by the recipient, the package may be returned or discarded. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
